Twilight Movie and some crap.

Damn, why does it have to be released Dec 18 here, I'm tempted to fly to the States and watch it on Nov 21.
It's almost a whole month late, if they rate it NC-16, I'll sneak inside if I have to :D
Personally, I think that Edward, Bella, Alice, Rosalie and Carlisle were casted wrongly.
They don't look the part, the actress who portrays Rosalie is too ugly to play the stunning person she is.
I have no prejudices against Robert Pattinson, but he has too high a forehead, Edward's supposed to be perfect. But looking from the trailers, he's gonna be a fantastic Edward, in terms of acting.
Kristen Stewart, Bella, is too fat. Not that I want her to be like anorexic thin, but Bella's supposed to be soft but slender. She doesn't look the part, still.
Alice doesn't look like Alice.
Carlisle looks plain weird.
The only character that was casted correctly was Emmett, but I think they should perm his hair, he's supposed to have curly hair. He does have the muscles, though.
Nevertheless, I do hope that they all can act and DON'T destroy the movie.
Judging from the trailers, they all can act.

Enough about my fangirly ramblings about Twilight.
I'm only into Chapter 3 of Sense & Sensibility(S&S).
It's it kind of tough to read, being 18th century England and all that.
Plus, I'm real lazy to go take out my dictionary and find out the meaning of the words.
The language needs time to get used to, more formal than the modern day novels.
Also borrowed Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë, haven't even read the first word yet.
I'm halfway through Pride & Prejudice(P&P), but I need to get another copy, stopped because of exams.
I noticed something between S&S and Jane Eyre, both the male protagonist are called Edward.
It reminds me of one very special character in Twilight ;D
S&S is Edward Ferras and Jane Eyre is Edward Fairfax Rochester
I read somewhere that Stephenie Meyer influenced Edward Cullen with Fitzwilliam Darcy(P&P), Edward Rochester and some other guys.
S&S, P&P, Jane Eyre, Romeo & Juliet, Wuthering Heights, Anne of Green Gables and some more others influenced some of her books and the character development.
I particularly can't wait to read Jane Eyre, Mr Rochester is quite similar to Edward in some ways. First, have to finish S&S, I don't like leaving books halfway unread unless it's crap.
I'm gonna add a new heading, To-Do List, superficial, yes, I know.
